The Snipes Trial website is run by JJ MacNab of Bethesda, MD. Ms. MacNab is a nationally recognized expert on financial frauds and scams and has testified before several regulatory and legislative bodies on the subject:

She was profiled on page one of the Wall Street Journal in 2004, and since that time has become increasingly involved in assisting law enforcement and regulators with tracking the more violent side of the movement.
